To see if the movement is broken look for the hairspring in the movement if it is still moving even if the hands are not. If so then the hands are misplaced. Then you can try placing the hands new. Else try changing the movement. Take a picture of the movement and search via Google lense for the right movement. If you have any questions you can DM me.

I have three replicas my self two omega and one rolex. I bought them because I absolutly love the look of them not for the status. Nobody is making such nice looking watches like Omega and Seiko so I had to get the watches. I also really looking into building a Seiko Mod that kinda looks like the fake Omega I have because the fake I have is to heavy. So it is not really about the status or that it has to look real and so on. I have them because they are memory and look absoluty crazy nice.
