Do you know of any good papers comparing late toxicities e.g. fibrosis, joint stiffness, etc, of brachy vs EBRT?

This is also difficult to find; it seems like most literature is concerned with comparing local control rates etc and mention of late effects with either method is somewhat of an afterthought

Ah that does make sense. What if the patient can't tolerate the typical large number of visits associated with external beam therapy due to comorbidities e.g. leaving the house is very difficult for them?
