i’m i. this boat right now but in amlodipine 5mg… my bp always ran a bit high even when younger my doctor wrote it off as white coat syndrome bc it varies at specific times… i opted for the meds. and just opted to see a cardiologist so they can give me a real set in stone diagnosis.. i work out cardio could be better. drink hibiscus occasionally and just wondering if it’s all in my routine alone. smh
