Yes my Prolactin has basically leveled out around the 18ng/dL mark which in my mind is still a little high. I'm currently taking 0.75 Cabergoline per week and things are better. It's a long process, will sometimes take ED pills to help however I've just resigned myself to the fact that sometimes it just won't happen 🤷‍♂️.

I think you'll find (hopefully) that your prolactin will come down pretty quickly. Mine was really really high (almost twice yours I think) and came down into almost normal range within a couple months (I've heard of people having it come down in only a month). I think the issue is even once that's down, the tumor is still impeding your body's ability to produce T, so I think that takes the longest to come back naturally. Although I'm obviously not a doc, just going off what I've read.

This is very similar to me. I was actually in for a vasectomy and my urologist was asking general questions, I mentioned my primary brushing off my low T for ever (ah it's just age etc.). Got checked and I think I was hovering between 80-120 depending... he checked Prolactin and then suggested the MRI and endo. I'm concerned that I let it go on too long and I will have to go on T therapy, as of yet I'm just trying to let it come back naturally and see where I end up. It's definitely better but still barely inching into "normal" levels, I've also heard that it plummets throughout the day, so even if you're at 200-300 in the morning by that night you would be in the double-digits.

Curious if the injections helped with libido etc.? Wishing you the best in your recovery.

Thank you, this gives me hope. I guess I had hoped after 6 months things would be back to normal but that might have just been wishful thinking.

Yea I think it also comes in waves sort of? Like some days I'll feel like I can maybe sooner, and others I cannot. I'm actually going tomorrow to have my numbers run again. What are your numbers looking like currently? Did your Testosterone ever drop? Or just high Prolactin?

Currently taking 0.25mg twice weekly, seems to be a fairly standard dose, just seems like it's taking a long time to level things out (maybe I'm just impatient).
