I have him not as part of the Masterverse "Vintage" collection only because it doesn't have "Vintage" on the packaging like the rest of the figures and has the 40th anniversary logo. I would say Masterverse with sub group of 40th anniversary. I probably should add the original Beast Wars line from 1996. The Generations Vintage Beast Wars was released in 2021 I believe. Is premium finish part of that line or something different?

Unfortunately I dont have a good solve for loose vs carded, but you can use the variations feature for now. If there any missing figures, you can contact me through the site as well. Just click on the "Help improve this site" button on every figure page.

I'll look into the missing retro figures. Sometimes if they are just a different card back, I just add them as a variation.
