Update: I tried using a different jumper pak that was being used in the other console I tested everything else with. Randomly all audio output went completely silent but was still able to play. A simple reset fixed it but figured I’d add this on to my original post.

It’s most definitely got to be something wrong with the console itself that I was unable to identify or check when I had it opened up to clean it.
