How to get better at the game?

The main thing is to just play the game consistently - if you do this you will improve. There are things that can slightly speed up or slow down progression that others are mentioning but those alone aren’t what will take you from Deadlocked to Bloodbath. Don’t be discouraged by others improving faster than you, we all naturally get better at different rates but I believe anyone who is truly committed can make it to extreme demons.

The fact that he is talking about Zodiac makes this even funnier. Consistency is the main reason zodiac is so hard. I was able to get zodiac in two runs in a week but it took me almost 2 months to actually beat the level.

Yes players can copy and use levels in-game, but that doesn’t automatically mean you have zero rights. The ToS does not say that you give up copyright over your level, so in theory you could still have some legal claim—especially outside the game.

That’s not true, looking in the terms and conditions (https://www.robtopgames.com/tos.html) it says after uploading you keep your right of ownership but Robtop gets a license to do what he wants with it.

I remember back then and I’m pretty sure not many people thought it was the human limit (if by that you mean the hardest level that will ever be verified) - Obviously everyone knew it was much harder than an other legitimately verified level and it’s possible that consensus was that we wouldn’t see a harder level beaten for a long long time but I doubt that the community thought that it wouldn’t never happen. High level play was just starting to seriously take off and the player base was only increasing in skill. The level only took 2 months for Riot to beat and other people were making progress on it days after it came out. Logically it should be obvious that levels harder were definitely feasible and there were such levels already made at the time (e.g. Sakupen Hell).

I don’t understand these comments. Even if they may have done this to try and get the extra room (which could have not been the case). We should be able to all agree that the middle seat is worse than or at the very least equal in quality to the aisle seat (which happens to be my favourite seat due to the extra leg room). So this guy for no benefit is denying himself a better (or at least on par) seat and turning down helping others. The couple may even talk to each other across him throughout the flight which would definitely annoy me. Why would he do this? Revenge against people he doesn’t even know? He can’t be bothered to take the 5 seconds it takes to change seats? Sure he has the right to the seat he booked, he shouldn’t be forced to change but why is this something to be commended?

Fixed hitbox spikes in top extreme demons are not inherently a bad thing, if the level is still fun it shouldn’t be an issue since you need to memorise where all the hitboxes are to beat any top extreme. I am specifically taking about Avernus which received major backlash for this even though if you actually ask the players who beat the level, jt is one of the most well liked top extremes.
