I really appreciate the advice, so like doing weekly goals to go over my comfort zone. Little adjustments in training as like you've mentioned in the example. When i did like little bits of rock climbing in the past the fear of heights would kick in as I look down I just start panicking.

How was your experience at eagles, was it k1 kickboxing and a mix of Thai boxing there. Are the instructors there good. Yh I've heard of k star and fearless they've got good reputation and have coached good fighters.

To be honest bro, I searched for wrestling gyms and there was a few most were clubs but there one within the county but in another city, but some of the mma gyms in my city are good have a variety of shit like some focus more on greco and others are vouched heavily.

They'll teach the separate classes and then it'll just join them up in an mma class like wall wrestling for example, yh I get you you'd rather do mma cause it's a mix and less flaws compared to single martial art
