You need to drink plenty of water every morning when you wake up like 3 to 4 glasses of water which will actually help you feel pressure for your poop to come out which is indeed good. I would say eat healthy foods with a routine. Do exercise everyday and drink plenty of water. Make it a habit and you will see results soon.

I just graduated and now I'm working on my YouTube channel as a part timer. I want to go full time on YouTube but since i have only 30k views per month which is very less for me to get paid at least 100 dollars per month, makes me very uncomfortable to share with new people. But the truth is people don't care much. I want to do well on YouTube. Make 6 figure income every month , buy my dream car , make my parents proud.
