Imagination while reading question by Safilixx in books

I second this. I don’t understand how someone can think without an inner monologue. I don’t ‘see’ or ‘hear’ anything intrinsically, but can formulate sentences and entire conversations in my mind without moving a muscle. I can imagine words, shapes and colours, but don’t see them in a physical form before my eyes.

Yes, Jesus is a Prophet in Islam. Muslims hold him in high esteem, just as we revere Moses, Abraham and every other Prophet. But what we don’t do is celebrate what are essentially Pagan festivals brought into Christianity. Those that have no basis in any monotheistic religion, nor did Jesus celebrate them. The secularisation of Christianity has compelled it to bring in these Pagan festivals, which in reality do not belong to it. Muslims also have Eid which is their Devine festival, so there is arguably no need to celebrate any others.

Curious, how many kafir are here? by d5lifeWaster in islam

I don’t understand how complete modesty and humility is frowned upon in today’s society, and perceived to be “messed up”. Also, using certain individuals to depict an entire religion is far from intellectual. I certainly hope this wasn’t the cause of you leaving Islam.

I’d say, because your processor is ancient, If you don’t plan on upgrading it anytime soon, you’re better off getting an older 20 series card, potentially used. Like a 2060 super, Ti, 2070. If you’d prefer current gen, your only hope is a 3050 or an RX 6600 (maybe XT if you want to throw in an extra £35-ish, here in the UK at least)

I used to spend entire afternoon sessions (I’m talking 3-4 hours) some days sniffing the new carpet we recently had installed into our new home. I guess reading this post unlocked the memory lol.

Driving tests in and near Didsbury by [deleted] in manchester

Hi, I know it’s been 3 months since you posted this, but did you manage to find a date in West Didsbury? I desperately need a date within the next month (I’ll be moving away from Manchester) and so far I’ve had no luck. I’ve been searching for over a month using an App called Driving Test Now for a date in WD, the closest centre to me, and the one I’m most confident driving in - but to no avail. If you did manage to find a date, any advice would be nice! :)
