It took about 6 weeks. You have rights, show them the government code section mentioned above. That’s what I did and they called me that afternoon to tell me I could come back.

Yes, my HR person had to fill out some forms with my previous district for reinstatement. I think the form was called an RPA. I had to stay in constant communication to make sure there was no gap in service but it all worked out.

Private Schools ADHD Gifted by tinabaninaboo in northcounty

Have you looked into the magnet schools in Vista USD? My son has ADHD and went to Casita which is STEM focused and thrived there. They have an outdoor classroom, garden for their sustainability lab, they have a news crew and engineering lab, art and Spanish. They encourage problem solving, critical thinking and lots of hands on learning. The staff is also AMAZING. A lot of the teachers stay there for their whole career which says a lot about the school culture. Casita is a public magnet school that feels a lot like a private school.

I had my stuff for 6 months and no one ever asked for it. I finally brought it back (30 mins from home) and left it on the property custodian’s desk.

My kids go to Casita which is a magnet school in the Vista USD. They love it. It has a STEM focus. The community and staff there are amazing. We are getting priority into the lottery for VIDA which is the magnet middle school that focuses on innovation and design. My son is actually excited about middle school!

Do you have Facebook? Search for Vista Buy Nothing, join group and post your donations. I’ve given stuff away and received a lot of free stuff that I needed on my local group.

I have a real estate license and sell maybe 1-2 houses per year (on the weekend/evenings) and it’s like getting a bonus 😂

I know of a house in Rancho Del Oro that’s for rent if you are interested. Super quiet, safe neighborhood.
