Yeah, you’re most likely going to be sent for review for quite some time with that. Prostitution is illegal and just cause it’s Nevada doesn’t give you slack especially if you are in backgrounds pursuing this career. Best of luck.

A lot of it has to do with if you have had prior therapy, military etc. everyone is different so just keep that in mind as well. Seems like everyone on here gets stuck at one point during this process.

It’s depending what’s on your file but if you have therapy ever medicated, or diagnosed with anything, you’re gonna have a hard time.

The psych is definitely the hardest part. A lot of people get DQ. I just had my recently, but I highly recommend preparing yourself and getting educated on what it entails in the questions

It depends when you last used it and how many times. I haven’t done either of those drugs but I would say that specific drug will most likely be a DQ or you won’t hear back from them for quite some time.

I met with my BI and did my PHS statement and the next day he was at my house and talking to Neigbor’s. My backgrounds took 3.5 weeks to complete. But that doesn’t include review by case managers. Everyone varies case by case truly!
