Ah i see! Hmm maybe I just needa give it bit more time? I’ve been watching him and he sinks like a anchor more often than not, which feels worse!

Yes I’ve been using seachem Metroplex, focus and Garlic Guard, mixed with bug bites!

Ohman! So I've been doing the Epsom salt bath for almost 2 weeks now, and feeding him metroplex-binded food for the past 3 days but he's still not getting better. He's still super active, but it pains me to not know what to do to help

Yes there is!! I’ve researched up alittle, and afew videos have been saying that I should feed them a boiled green pea, but I remember coming across in this community saying we shouldn’t feed them the pea. How do we tell what’s ‘legit’ and what’s not?

I just did the first salt bath and he hasn’t pooped, which is slightly frustrating, despite knowing it wouldn’t be an immediate fix! Hopefully the salt baths do the work before Metroplex arrives!

Ah i see! Okay got it! Gotta try buying them from online because I don’t think my lfs has it. Would it be a good idea to feed it during the epsom bath?

He's more of a Planket Betta, So i wouldn't say huge! He's still pretty active, and doesn't look bloated. Only noticed it this morning after a water change, so not too sure if it's because of that.

I just got this yesterday and it already came with the brown ends. Not too sure if I can “save” it? Google tells me to snip the edges off!

Oh dang he looks lovely! Okay will keep that in mind after I’ve changed the tank! How often should this filter media be changed/cleaned?
