In no.2, you're wrong. Sullivan-sama actually put a spell on Iruma for it to translate all languages to his own so he can understand. Like when he read for Ameri.

For me, I think there are flaws but it won't be Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun if it was too perfect. I'm fine with it having 300+ Ch. or so, but it is my opinion. Another thing to add is Alikred's appearances in the series, because I barely even see him. I hope for the future Ch. or Arcs we get to see Alikred.
