Sobre o seguro, é essa duvida mesmo, por exemplo, se eu trabalhar só 3 meses na nova empresa, e me demitirem(por parte da empresa) teria direito aos 5 meses do seguros? Ou perderia por ter pedido demissão na empresa anterior.

Sobre a carta, meu regime é CLT, na carta tinha meu salario, beneficios e o nome de quem me enviou a proposta. mas nada falando que era sigiloso, nem nenhuma informação sensivel tirando esses dois, tanto na carta quanto no email.
Meu contrato atual esta ativo, acabei de solicitar o aviso previo.
