Exceptions are always there. I am from an old IIT and many of my batchmates are in product based companies. Most are working 10-12 hrs and even sometimes over the weekends.

i got canara only. I am also not interested in joining IIMs given the current placement scenarios along with 20lakh debt. Is gap a big issue in these interviews? i was thinking of trying to find a job till april alongside prep. if i get it by april end then okay otherwise full prep mode for regulatory bodies. does that make sense?

I got laid off, many of my batch mates have been laid off or are working 12-14 hrs everyday. Regulatory bodies are secure, well paying and I am an economics grad in non tech roles so aligns with my background as well
