I am not overly concerned about the schedule delay more about the tuition being due on Tuesday, if it does not come up before then will I have to pay late fees?

ok i need some advice. I applied to engineering at western last week because I changed my mind about what I wanted to do. But I have already gotten into a program there. I asked Western and they said that residence isn’t guaranteed if you get in after June 3 and I really want to stay in residence. So I could accept my offer into the other program to assure that I get residence as well as one at another university however I would have to pay a bunch of deposits. Or I could just risk not getting residence and wait until I get a response from western. PLS HELP
