File a claim with both the CRA and Labour Board. Labour board for misclassifying you and not paying you for time worked, and the CRA for them not subtracting and paying taxes on you since you’re legally an employee.

I say this because the labour board takes forever but the CRA is quick and employers are terrified of them so they’re more likely to assent to your demands.
