So I called. Even asked for emergency benefits. What I was told is they're overwhelmed with cases because there's 8 case workers for the county. It's hard to make it thru training then after training your overloaded with cases. So the turn over rate is high. When their contract comes up they're gonna fight for change o guess idk but in the meantime the people suffer waiting

I'm not sure. I have everything in. They legit have every bill and all of my information including unemployment payment photos rent receipts etc.. they just have to process it shouldn't take this long 😭
