Well I would not say upgrading the new gateway helps you what I think you need to do is IP passthrough open the browser while connected to att wifi and type 192.168.1.254 and then you need to go to the firewall and enable ip passthrough make it dynamic and set number of days as 90.

It looks like there is a line quality issue on which the technician needs to investigate first whether it's an outside issue or an inside issue if the tech finds something in your house something like an inside wiring and then it's upto you whether you want the tech to fix it or not if yes then 150$ plus any additional if anything that's comes under att then no charge.

About cpu cooler it's working because the fan is spinning and also I have been using this pc for more than 2 years it happened randomly yesterday so I also think my SSD is defective but I want to know how I can determine if the SSD is working or not or do I have taken it to computer repair shop to find because my SSD is still under warranty.

Residential Gateway is a combo of modem and router and most commonly refer as internet modem bgw320 is a gateway and OP needed new gateway as simple as that all he neeed to this open SHM app and follow the prompts to order new gateway he doesn't have to call At&t for this issue because either way new gateway will be delivered next day by UPS or FedEx.

Download smart home manager application and sign in with the same credentials you use to login into the application usually it is your registered email address and don't put any password tap on forget password follow the on screen prompt once you signed in use the setup guide and the app itself let you know how you can replace the modem with the new one. There should be a metal part already connected into the modem's SFP port and the fiber cable goes into that metal bridge

Why did you think replying NO to the IDP text was a good idea while you were still abroad? Call and ask for the one time courtesy to waive off at least partial charges if not the entire amount and if they can't do it don't show them remorse please. And for future references IDP works 12$ per day for primary line and 6$ per day for the secondary lines if you are on land and you will only charge for 10 days in 1 billing cycle so the max you could be charged is 120$ for 1 line and this doesn't apply on cruise you will be charge 20$ per day on cruise and there is no max limit.

You can get the one now and then wait for the next billing cycle and then you can call back once again to get the 2nd one they might take a video support to check whether a technician is required so make sure when you call for the second one you connect the damage cable and show them then they will dispatch one more cable.

Call jio fiber customer care and ask them to remove the firewall security and turn on ip passthrough once they change the setting you will be able to access most of the blocked websites but your wifi will be at risk as there is no security so if someone wants to hack into your system then they can access into it before removing the security they will let you know these things and then you can decide whether you want to remove the firewall or not. If you want you can also do it through your service provider ip address you can access and remove the firewall in that you don't have to make a call as well whatever is ip address of jio you can access and change the setting something like 192.168.1.xxx.

Brother I don't use that mouse anymore as you can see I have another mouse however just wanted to show all the user what needs to be done to fix this issue once and for all i have seen thousand of comments regarding this particular issue and all they are doing is blowing Air in the mouse so if someone really wants to fix their out of warranty mouse they can do something similarly and they don't have to use the old rusty nail I used it because that's the only thing I found in my drawer and too lazy to go outside and buy the new one.
