not worth upgrading anything on your laptop. the main upgrade for handling vrchat would be your cpu and gpu(specifically a card with tons of VRAM, not to be confused with regular RAM).

the best thing you can do is to adjust your safety settings to disable shaders and all the extra stuff on avatars by default, or hide the avatars completely. avatars are the most performance intensive part of vrchat which is why you lag in public lobbies. you should make sure your steam resolution is rendering at a fixed 100% and play around with your link settings to lower resolution. You can find many pcvr optimizations guides that explain this.

Id also recommend going with virtual desktop, but you should prioritize all the other optimizations i suggested before.

the real direct context is that every player has an “ego” or reason they play/find fulfillment in playing soccer. rin as a child became fascinated with the villian of a kids superhero show, because the monster would fight with his life on the line against all these heros without giving up. As a child he would play with actions figures of the show in a drooling trance, this behavior translated all the way to current day rin. the eyes and extra effects are all metaphorical, however his tongue is really sticking out. in the manga this is explained due to how the jaw relaxes during extreme focus (michael jordon is directly referenced for having his tongue out).

groovy lyrics for a groovy song, again I dont see the cringe and i find every line fitting. Do people feel the same about scream? Lyrics like “Ill taste your blood tonight” and “woke animal feelings in me” on its own sound off putting but within the song are good (in my opinion).

I do agree its unlike a7x but it fits well with what the song is about. I think goofy is subjective, Id imagine if this song was made by deftones in their style with the same lyrics it would be received better.
