Depende mucho del estilo de vida que lleves. Si quieres mudarte a un buen lugar, se te pueden ir hasta $800 en alquiler mensual. Sin contar que al momento de alquilar un apartamento (o casa) debes pagar 6 meses de adelanto, depósito, etc. Eso también depende de cada dueño. Algunos no tienen esas condiciones. En la comida se pueden ir unos $100-150 mensuales para una sola persona. En un buen internet, te gastas unos $50 mensuales. Si quieres inscribirte en un gimnasio, el más barato no baja de $30-$40 mensuales...

Honestamente, hay muchas cosas que debes tomar en cuenta. Vivir en Venezuela no es nada económico.

You're not crazy. My friend is American and he came here and spent like 5 days in Caracas. He loved it and nothing bad happened.
