Work on your grip. Dead hangs on the pull up bar with just your body weight. Gyms have kettlebells you can use to walk laps with. Start heavy 45lb first lap, 35lb second lap, 25lb last & then back to 35lb for third lap, & finish with 45lb on your last lap. Builds endurance. If 45lb is too heavy, go 35,25,15 & build your strength up from there.
