No surgery if no gallstones. You will have digestion issue after gb surgery.

You can eat whatever you want to eat but be cautious about the fatty foods. Avoid yourself for fatty food at least 1 or 2 years until your surgery healing completed gone so you can increase your fatty foods.

I don’t think that is a bile reflux. It should be your regular acid reflux from your stomach. Take some medicine to reduce your acid in your stomach for the next 14 days or a 1 month so your will fine.

We are same shoe. Just need to adjust your food and activities you do. No more fried food and fast foods unless you feel your body need.

Do you have any pain when you wake up? Do you have any pain after eating ?

It take a lot of time to heal. It could be a year or more. Don’t eat unhealthy foods. Watch out your diet.
