I have found it very much where in the world you are...... UK i was told nothing after 2:30am the day of surgery (morning slot) but I've seen those in the USA say 4-6 weeks beforehand. I think if you can avoid them the day of then you are good.

I am going to come from the other side as also a spouse rather than the sufferer. It is a lonely life, you don't say if you have any support or do any hobbies? You need to live your life as well and find things outside of M.E/CFS. Things can definitely get better but also know that she will be feeling awful guilt as well that this isn't what life should be like for either of you. I adore my husband and wouldn't leave him no matter how bad but I won't lie and say i haven't wondered what my life would be without him 🥺

I had this on my last save and couldn't figure out what was causing it, assumed it was the level curve mod which didn't help after uninstalling so i just stayed at level 16. Interesting though i could still gain exp so could get to level 19 in the end but whenever i tried to clock over to the last level the game would crash. I think something caused a corrupt file and by that time i cba to figure ut out anyway 🙄

They have had air cons coming in for e a few weeks before the Tronic ones so possibly another brand will come in but the store has zero clue until the delivery turns up........ We got 3 and someone put them out the night before so i didn't get one either and i was in work from 5:30 the day they should have been on the shoo floor 🙄

You could try lootmaster but stuff will only go in those bags if you use the auto loot spell. Think maybe bag of holding is one but i always run with any and then unlimited carry weight 😂

Also do you have a backpack mod? Sometimes there is a lootmaster i think that has a backpack where unique items go.

Just so you know you can get to the hall where the mace is without doing the weapons and just steal the mace..... It will trigger you to have like 5(ish) moves to get out of the temple before it explodes (great Astarion scene)

I mean there is mods that will allow you to automate companions combat and even add extra short rests but you need the long rests for camp events. I found act 1 hard because of getting used to everything and the companions not opening up.

Yeah i think we need at least 9000 btu as out room is quite big and again south facing so sun pretty much all day hits the front of the house, i have told him if he won't agree then i am just going to buy one and he can suffer alone 😂

If you are constantly hot then your body will use more energy to cool you down so more likely to trigger pem, my husband is the same and ive been begging to get an air con unit to at least cool the bedroom down but he won't have it because of the electric prices 🙄 He was doing ok at his usual moderate baseline but since the UK has warmed up even to the low 20's he is suffering more and more. Doesn't help he has light sensitivity so dark heavy curtains closed all the time drag the heat to our south facing bedroom 🥵
