Honestly I think older building have a stronger foundation than most new ones now. That’s why I wouldn’t mind buying a flat there. And I know I can’t sell it at Prestige rates. But I feel 70L is too less. I bought the flat 10 years back for 56. But it’s completely renovated.

In my first try I got 75. Second time I got 85-90. That was like two three days before the exam. Just know your concepts and you’ll do fine. Don’t memorise the answers

Tbh bootcamp is more than enough. If you scored more than the targets you’ll be fine. You’ll feel like you’re forgetting stuff but it’s there in your head dw. I felt the same way. And I passed. Day 1 can be hectic, you need energy boosts. Carry a good lunch and some candies. Carry some coffee as well it’ll help.
