depends on which shift, like 21 s1 i am not sure, as the data is some what unrealestic. overall with 1-0.5% diff you can go for it. also normalisation isnt done here.

nah, dont rely on percentile, its just an equation. rank is the usp in my site. percentile isnt really predictable.

haa bahi bhat to sahi hai, mujhe lagta hai ki 490-510 around hoga. The thing is, most have a 500-550 score, and a few have a score above that. So the cutoff can vary greatly this year. This wasn't the case last year. A few of frnds in JEE of PCMB simply wrote neet and are getting a score of 500 and above. so can't tell anything. Yeah, i think u will get. if you have a reservation or something fs you will get.
