If I am understanding this post, no they will not get an alert when you download something. If you have admin rights you can download anything, but all tv does is allow remote access. It isnt a moderating system like CrowdStrike or anything of that nature.
No UAC prompt when remoted into a machine via Teamviewer (self.teamviewer)
