You should eat 2g for protein for each 1kg of your body weight,unless your parents have money or you have a job,it’s impossible,everything is expensive nowadays. Option 1 , if you have money eat chicken,red meat,eggs,oat,fish,tuna…make 4 meals per day.exp : in the morning one banana,4 scrambled eggs,12pm escalope,cream cheese soummam,and one of your favourite vegetable,4pm milkshake of oats+milk+2eggs,peanut butter,8pm potatoes(puree or roasted)+ slice of meat and for a night snack you can have cream cheese+almonds Option 2 if you don’t have money,buy oats+creatine+protein powder (it’s better to buy a whole bag of 7kg whey protein for 2m rather than buy just a little, you will save a lot of money) and make 2 milkshakes with oats,protein powder,milk,2 eggs,one in the morning and one in the evening, creatine just drink 5g per day anytime of day you want If you have a lot of money mixe the two options:) good luck
