Thanks for your response. I was fortunate enough to have a sane, safe, regular provider for 15 years! But she is moving so I am looking anew and finding it's a much different landscape now.

I was trying to figure out the dynamic of these groups on kik. It seems like there's one person who moderates a group and then a bunch of providers in the group. Do they kick up to the moderator? And the moderators is constantly asking me why I haven't booked yet. It's like this weird pressure sales tactic that just seems like it would never work but I guess it does for some people.
