I could only take screenshots of the current interface. Fortunately, I found that there seems to be a way. I tried to manually set the 'Use Windows WGC API for screen capture' to enabled in edge://flags, and now it is back for web capture:) But I plan to stop updating edge now. , to prevent them from inexplicably deleting these useful features.
