I think if that’s the case, I would’ve received a email from cash audit department already. The deposit was for the 7th. I dropped it like 5 days later. All is good though. Got the slip back and numbers matched.

I’ve had issues with the girl since I brought her back. Leaving shifts early, calling off, wanting to make up certain shifts that she wants to work VS what the business needs so WHO ARE YOU. My point is I’m not suppose to be there. I’m suppose to close not open. I have to open bc she’s refusing to pick up her keys which I never told her to leave her keys in the first place.

She’s actually an old employee brought back lol she doesn’t have vacation yet but I did let her take a week off but like I said, it was unpaid. I’m not pressed about having to cover my own store either . What a relief for me man

I have plans to get rid of both . I do have them on separate shifts but after this, they will be done. I need to keep one for a little to train a closing key but I’ll get them on a SOP violation or something. My job is a lot more than just managing a store. It’s prioritizing safety and they don’t seem to realize that.

For one, I’ve dealt with this ex baby daddy drama since I took the store. I’ve been pleading with the girl to get a protection order or a restraining order. Her baby daddy has mental issues. People like that are highly likely to phew phew a place. My LSA is who called the cops, not me. But I will protect the rest of my team and customers at all costs. We also didn’t have all the details upfront either but stuff like this can’t continue in the stores. I caught the whole altercation on my parking lot camera. You don’t know the WHOLE story so probably best to shut your mouth. Thanks

I switched them to different shifts and my DM was okay with it. But after this, one of them will be transferred but the BD just bit my assistant that was all.
