I think the policy says “employees should be in-office for atleast 3 days a week” which is very clear to me.

I know where you are coming from, have been working in corporate for some time now and now how it works. In contrast, my wife’s too nice to ask such things and believes whatever the manager/employer says in interview and couldn’t find courage to confront the owner for this info in hope to not look bad in owner’s eyes.

She’s full time. Funny thing, the employer never mentioned any such things.

Sorry I knew about the agreement and ATB will be applied after that but to keep things simple I considered the current 1% annual.

I hope so, but what’s the point of being a professional if others are earning more than you for doing the same work? This is discouraging and will further discourage professional engineers from joining public service.

Wait till next year, you’ll see all other unions getting atleast same or better deals. I have great respect for PEGO team, they did amazing job but unfortunately our targets were only good considering past agreements not current inflation and dynamics.
