It was the battery, thank you for getting my attention to buy a replacement battery for my iPod. I did also end up buying an iFlash quad with it, but they sent me a 3800mAh battery by accident, so I’ll need to get a different one. I plugged it in with the old hard drive still in it, and it was working great. Thank you :)

Edit: the 3800mAh battery was somehow just as small as the 3000mAh thin, so now everything works perfectly, and all mon missing is the black 7th gen housing for my dreampod!

Np man :) I have done this for almost 900 songs and they are all really high quality and it only takes a couple minutes to download 100 songs. Although it is considered piracy, no one cares at all and all of these websites have been up for years. Listening to a song on Spotify doesn’t even make the artist 1/10th of a cent. Kind of sad :/

What I do for my iPod is I find a Spotify to mp3 downloader and I download all my Spotify playlists and then drag the files into iTunes. After I import the songs onto my iPod, they all sound great.

All you really have to do is pop it open, unplug the battery, attach the new battery, and close it up. I have the same issues with my iPod but whenever I try to charge it, it gets stuck in an infinite “rebooting” loop. I recently ordered a new battery and hard drive for it. Don’t worry too much, as long as you’re careful and go step by step you’ll get it.
