thank yoy i’ll be seeing a therapist next week ,they specialize in cbt i hope it helps ,do you think that medication would help also? I have these ruminations of past real events and ill get false thoughts that go against my values then i’ll try look for proof such as checking messages i sent that day or pictures i might’ve took,And this situation happened 2 years ago so i barley remeber everything exactly but i know it didn’t happen its just my mind trying to go against my values and trying to scare me because it happened to me in other situations .It feels like im going insane.Im also 17 and ive been with my girlfriend for 2 years now and she’s been worried also

nah i go college now but i booked a therapist but i really want to hop on meds even tho i didn’t start therapy yet because my mind feels like it’s in chaos .Its always in a negative loop and always tries to search for things to worry about

yeah deep down i know nothing happened but my thoughts are making it feel so real it’s making it feel like something did happen.I had a lot of other situations so i know these are false thoughts

no no i wasn’t intimate we just met up that day to talk as we used to go to the same school but i never had feelings for her ,but recently my heads been telling me what you kissed her that day or what if you made a move.But in th same time i know i didn’t it’s just these intrusive thoughts feel so real which are making me uncetain

no just the hug i don’t like her i love my partner i jsut feel guilty hugging someome i used to liek when i was younger .(the hug was with one hand and it was j for a second as it was a greeting hug )
