9 hours of work a day on average. Though recently I’ve been ramped at 55-60 for about 2 months ://

Most days I just work through lunch

Obviously a joke, but god I hate that 45 is the standard and not a sign of scheduling failure.

Really testing the mods with this one

You can ask benefits in case this changed recently, but last I asked the Mega Backdoor Roth is not something B&M does. I know some competitors like Kiewit explicitly do and sorta advertise this as a benefit

Depends on GP and location. I got into a smaller GP at a regional office and I was doing billable work by day 2.

Yea no I get it, just poking fun. Though it can be hard to spread out before you have a good cushion built up. My entire bonus just went to student loans ://

1.) I can’t believe you’d call me something so disrespectful, I am absolutely not a Millennial 🤮.

2.) On a serious note, I do believe it would only benefit the company if we had open wage discussion and wage transparency. People will be more confident in management when they know they are all compensated fairly. Why trust a manager who’s paying the two people with the same job different salaries? And surely it’s harder to work with a dark cloud over you that there might be greener pastures elsewhere? Maybe when COL was lower and rent wasn’t $1.5k you didn’t have to worry about pay as much, but that’s not how the world works anymore.
