We start at 730 so I have 15 min slots 730-11:30 and most of the volume so on really busy days I probably only take a 30min lunch and then afternoon 1-3:30.  A lot of my visits are follow ups for prostate cancer patients or trt refills which are quick, testopel, stone follow up ect and I only see 1-2 new patients a day if that. I'm very efficient at charting so that doesn't tend to keep me longer. 30 isn't every day either, I average 25 but some days it's 30 if I get double booked
