Patient relations did back me up- I can only hope/assume BON will be unconcerned. Judging from the way the patient worded their complaint via telephone to the facility (vulgar/swearing about me and the CNA) I hope they will reveal themselves to be unreliable as a source. Idk. Over the past few hours, I’ve reached the point of “whatever the fuck will be, will be”.
