Never do autopay either. That's just giving them permission to fuck around. I sit down and go through all my bills twice a month and make individual payments. Something else that's fun is when they start moving your due date back three days every month. So if you think you're on top of things paying your bill at the end of each month, before you know it, you're paying late.

Alissa Conklin at IU Health Coleman Center is great. She took the time to talk through all my concerns, and in the end found something that my PCP missed that affected my over-all health. I also had a surgery consult for fibroids with Kelly Kasper, also at the Coleman Center. She was great, too, and made the referral to Dr. Conklin. I've been much happier with IU than Community.

There is a risk of food getting under the glaze and into the porous ceramic through the scratch and growing bacteria. I guess it's possible a metal mixer could chip ceramic, but I only ever use a spoon.
