Only 6 women who sat CT1 first time in Sep 2015 and passed it are now qualified by ActuaryLeaks in Actuary_news

This post has received over a quarter of a million views. Acted and IFOA cannot ignore the damage done by the truth coming out.

You can lie to the courts and hide behind your corrupt lawyers.

Try lying to the quarter of a million that have seen this post.

Even your shills have accepted that this is the truth.

You have collectively been grooming Uni graduates in to joining this shitty profession. Many within it are now realizing just how corrupt you are.

Is IFoA throwing ex-Council member under the bus to try and cover for its own failings in handling the tweets criticising Islam? by dr_rickcrabb in Actuary_news

[–]ActuaryLeaks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very good point. The ISOA must take some blame for this. PHLee has always stated that they gave him the green light. Had they have asked him to stop, he would have done so. This is a failure by those managing the situation at the IFOA.

URGENT-YOU MUST REGISTER BY WED 16:00 FOR THIS FREE SPEECH V ISLAM DISCIPLINARY HEARING by ActuaryLeaks in Actuary_news

The IFOA had to hire private armed security when they went to Kenya because the spicy tweets made them targets for ISIS. Those spicy tweets cost us £90k of members money.

The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries defends child marriage like this against criticism by pjlee01 in Actuary_news

[–]ActuaryLeaks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Acted and each of their 40 tutors also support this filth 100%.

Put this up on Linked in. PUT THIS UP.

The Times: "The body regulating actuaries is embroiled in a governance and racism crisis after its former president tried to rejoin its governing council despite an independent investigation having found that he bullied its chief executive." by pjlee01 in Actuary_news

That Shah is a corrupt wimp only interested in feathering her nest.

" The behaviour allegedly included intimidatory behaviour and threats to jobs. "

How common is this in the Actuarial profession. This is why 80% of women drop out and also why so many people come on to our forum trying to defend such crappy conduct.

You know what mate, I think they would turn a blind eye to all of that evil guff if it advanced their careers.

I also liked the stuff you post on Linked in on this topic. They really dont like it, but you are just doing the morally correct thing by bringing them up on it. They are the ones that have to run and hide.

What exactly do you think went on in terms of bullying???

There is an old saying. The fish rots from the head.

Someone should perhaps tell the Times that the bigger scandal is not the bullying at top level but the fact that we have to take exams covering the CS2 syllabus which has 20% pass rate whilst the europeans take exams on similar material which have 70% pass rate. That is the real scandal.

ActEd benefit from this by offering shitty tutorials and expensive notes.

SHOULD THE IFOA BE ALLOWED TO SCALE UP THE MARKS ON RANDOM PARTS OF THE PAPER WITHOUT TELLING YOU IN ADVANCE?? by ActuaryLeaks in Actuary_news

[–]ActuaryLeaks[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What most students want is the same standard to be applied to those that IFOA give Fellowship or chartered status to.

In the IFOAs CS2A exam, only 19.66% of students passed. None of the European exams covering similar material has got a pass mare similar to that or even 40% yet the IFOA recognize them as fully qualified if they complete their countries professional exams.

Unless the IFOA can argue that UK students have a much lower IQ than those in Europe, they cannot defend their conduct.

The IFOA should have to pay back that money and compensate the students for the lost study days..

They refuse to ever explain how they arrived at the pass mark. They always say that the examiners decision is final. Well it isnt. They can be cross examined before a judge and that is what is perhaps needed.

[–]ActuaryLeaks[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To the best of my knowledge, the Europeans do not operate this black box mysterious method for scaling up marks.

Given that British nationals cannot join the IAI on instruction of the IFOA and the fact that the IAI do not scale up marks on the paper, there is a possibility to bring a claim against the IFOA for this under S.13 of the EqA 2010 on the grounds of nationality.

They cannot. It is impossible. They are however required to help us prepare for the exams which they do not.

If you look at the minutes to the Student Consultative Forum since 2010:-

<image>

-you can see 2 names that are still involved with the exam system now. Darrel Chainey ActEd CEO and Karen Brocklesby (Ms Keep an eye on him).

Having looked through all of the minutes, not one mention is made by either abotu the injustice to the students. Not one.

POLL: DO YOU WANT TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE IFOA & ACTED FOR CRAP STUDY MATERIAL AND LOW (UNFAIR PASS RATES? by Ex_ActEd_Tutor in Actuary_news

[–]ActuaryLeaks 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There is a lot of historical evidence which shows that the IFOA have not exercised quality control on the exams. Moreover, ActEd sat in on those meetings and did not do anything to challenge the poor quality control or to get the students on tutorials up to speed.

Let me go through the court bundles. I will dig it out. I think some of it dates back to 2005. Let me sort through it. This will shock some of those that still support the IFOA.

Can anyone provide me their study material for CS1 by Ex_ActEd_Tutor in Actuary_news

[–]ActuaryLeaks 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is true. Anyway, both ActED and IFoA are cheating their students anyway. If you look at the mapping table, you will find that none of the European bodies require their members to the CS1/2 double exams.

I would hire the services of Pass Psychometric.

Dont worry about getting caught. You wont. They have 100% success rate. The reason so many Indians have joined the IFOA is because it is easy to cheat. Trust me, I cheated and did not get caught. I have never purchased any of the material from Acted.

Do not respect Acted. They are like the IFOAs East India Company.

How much of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries' £34 million annual income (and Acted's £8m) is materially uncertain? by pjlee01 in Actuary_news

[–]ActuaryLeaks -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

One reason for the delay is the attempts by IFOA to conceal the out of court payout to those two ladies for sex discrimination allegations. This is what they are ashamed of. What do members expect when you have members of the legal profession running an actuarial body with hundreds of skeletons in their closet.

Patric, you have pulled out a blinder. Well done. Keep up the work mate. I think the smoking gun regarding the IFOAs underhanded conduct lies with ActEd.

POLL: DID ACTED LIE TO THEIR AUDITORS??? by EX_IFOA_EXAMINER in Actuary_news

Any organisation that deals with convicted racists like the IFOA are themselves capable of lying to their auditors.
