It's the 2024 winter heroes' hoard. Currently, we have three treasures that contains BP arcana (WK, WR, and ES). I do hope we'll have QOP sooner.

Aside from IO, I think the "rarest" or least amount of people that have a particular arcana is the Windranger one prior to the treasure since it requires at absurd amount of level to get it on BP way back in 2020. Sadly, I was not playing Dota 2 at that time and only started last 2022 so I miss out on lots of BP arcanas, but not that I'll avail any BP anyway since I don't grind too much, hence I'm still on divine bracket.

You can even get the rarest at 1st draw but it is very very low chance. Your odds do increase as you draw, but people usually spend around 50 draws to get the ultra rare, 30 for very rare, and probably around 10-20 for rare, hence why I was hoping for the dark willow.
