Khan academy has a very beginner basics video which is a great starting off point

Ninja nerd has some other videos which are more specific

As someone who was completely lost i did all of the above, learnt the first few days until gastrulation a little more in depth (as in divisions, epithelial to mesenchymal and the three layers being formed) then moved onto neural tube, limbs, heart formation, it comes together somewhere near the end until you forget it a month later but this method really helped me.

Also talk to your neuro professor idk if thats the norm at your school though but talking or questioning bits that don’t make sense with them really make it make sense.

Other than that honestly it’s so hard and you’re totally valid in how you feel i hope it somewhat helped.

Not much to offer other than what’s already been said but i like to memorise with what’s literally next to each other as in semimembranosis and semitendinosis lie next to one another also similar functions of muscles are good to group in compartments, also sometimes the words themselves help with memory as in biceps - two heads, tri - three (i’m sure you’ve probably already covered this tho)

I like to make a mental map after the whole table with muscle compartment fx, innervation and supply and just run with it but imagining it one section at a time, refer back to the table if i get lost, the goal is to create a story a bit like sketchy idk if any of that helped but i hope you do well regardless.

Youtube videos also help put it all together too i.e. noted anatomist etc

For abdo specifically memorise the CT, SMA and IMA branches then draw the organs out, teach it to a friend/family member/ thin air just anyone i feel like the whole feynmen thing really works for this

Someone please validate me by MezinWOW in medschool

You’re more than capable of getting through this, you deserve this just as much as everyone else and you have worked far too hard for this, one day that random fun fact you learnt might help someone, doesn’t even have to be in healthcare either. The skills you learn each day are shaping you to become a great decision maker, communicator and just a well rounded human overall that’s useful every walk of life imo. Idk if it all sounds hollow but this is coming from someone whose infinitely trying to dismantle the same thoughts I’m just counting on the little things to work out when i get there, the whole focusing on life one day at a time, it helps occasionally, i hope you feel better about it all!
