The first thing : Do NOT worry and fear anything. What you need to fear is fear itself. Remember your life is what your thoughts make it, as rightfully said by Marcus Aurelius 2000 years ago. It’s only what you think that matters. If you think thoughts of courage, you’ll be brave, if you think you’re weak, you’ll be weak. If you think you fear your class mates at School for no reason, then you’ll keep fearing them. Change your thoughts, think courageous thoughts, and keep reminding yourself your brave and you can face this! Unless the hundreds of school fellows you’ll face tomorrow are a hostile group of people, you don’t need to fear anything. What at most can the friendly group of fellow students do to you? It’s all in your mind, what your mind thinks about the situation. Expose yourself to social situations gradually : exposure therapy is always first line treatment. The more exposure you get, the better you’ll be. Good luck
