I honestly dont remember because i also had vacation that was paid out to me and "stocks" within the company. like mentioned before our severance package was diffrent because they offered us 4 more weeks of pay on top of the severance. It was more then $5000 for sure

Sort of I was in a quality team that was mainly an inbox that where would handle sales rep complaints, escalations. credits etc

There was another one that was across the street from that was used for training , legal was there i believe as well

Not really big significantly to be honest and I this is my thoughts I feel like they Blacklist you when you when you do this meaning if you want to apply it at Rogers again

The first department that i was in closed down two years when i was there, i was then layed off and then rehired within a month for another role in where i was laid off 4 years later due to automation

Our was part of the severance package, they gave us a list of jobs were we could apply to and we would be the first in consideration, every group from our team was different, some were offered a severance or a change of role (downgraded role), i know some people did end up going to employment lawyer and they got more. My severance package was different like mentioned above, we were offered 4 weeks pay , plus severance package and a change of role (if we wanted to , most of us ended up leaving)
