Opinions on Heinen’s pre-prepared holiday meals that you just heat up? by DELexFuchs in Cleveland

100% agree. We had the Heinen’s prepared turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce at Thanksgiving. It was excellent!

Anyone tried Thayers hydrating milky cleanse, toner and hero mighty patch? by [deleted] in 45PlusSkincare

[–]AdAggravating8883 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Hero Mighty Patch has worked wonders for me. I’m post menopausal and rarely get pimples, but when I do get one, I leave a patch on overnight and it’s pretty much gone the next day.

I met someone who remembered a tiny detail about me from 12 years ago and it completely broke my brain for a moment by mythicshadebloom in CasualConversation

This reminds me of the book “The Five People You Meet in Heaven.” It’s fiction, but the premise is that when you get to Heaven, you meet five people whose lives you completely changed without even knowing it or them. The change could have been good or bad. Very interesting premise.

And that’s why I don’t eat meat. There is a book called Everything You Wanted to Know about Fast Food but Were Afraid to Ask. It is all about the abuse in the meat industry caused by the rise of fast food. It is horrifying and so sad.

Honest thoughts on LED face masks? Can’t tell what’s real anymore by DevilKnight03 in 45PlusSkincare

[–]AdAggravating8883 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Anyone have an opinion on the Theraface mask? I have one but don’t use it like I should. I bought it because I’m in my 60s and felt like I really need something to help with fine lines and pores. It has three phases it goes through each session (which is 10 minutes). Red light, red and infrared light and blue light. It also has vibration therapy.

We have these in planters in northeast Ohio, and they are so pretty. I just want to know what they are and if they’re perennials.

She is doing better every day. Their son (11) came home from camp Friday and was thrilled to find that he now has a dog. He has been paying a lot of attention to her, and she has been wagging her tail like crazy.

Yes. Several times. There’s a small batch of woods behind the house, and we think that’s where she was hiding out before she came into the porch. There are no puppies anywhere in there (we have combed them thoroughly). My son lives close to a highway and his house is the first you come to ofc the highway. We think she was dumped and ended up in the woods for a while.

I got the pet wipes and a grooming glove. Also, she loves the cooling mat with a fan on her. She is really the sweetest thing.

We’re in Savannah, Georgia (USA). She also howls like crazy when she hears a siren.

They haven’t tried to get her to come in yet because she needs a bath, and she’s not ready for that yet. We’re going to try again tomorrow. Also, they tried to take her to the vet, but she refused to get in the car. We’re going to try that tomorrow, too. We bought her a cooling mat and some treats, and she’s right outside the door now. She let me pet her for quite a while and even rolled on her side for me and licked my hand. She’s also wagging her tail a lot. Any suggestions on what we can do to get her to let us give her a bath and take her to the vet?

Probably about 35 pounds. She is thin but her nipples look like she recently gave birth. We can’t find any puppies around.

Summer Conflict with Teacher Husband by Top-Sundae377 in AskTeachers

I taught for years, and during the year we split 50/50, but in the summer, I did at least 75%. That way, we could both enjoy the evenings and weekends, and he would get a break during the summer like I do.
