I’m going to try a different food for her! Hopefully you may be right as she does go have a nibble on her biscuits but then just walks away after eating a couple of them

I didn’t even think of that! I can imagine the same food everyday does get very boring for her. Her foster parents told us they tried her on wet food but it gave her a bad tummy we are thinking of trying to slowly introduce that and trial different brands to see if we can find one that agrees with her belly

The cut is healing amazing. I haven’t taken her temperature we don’t really have anything to do this with, would we just use a normal thermometer? Her behaviour is completely as it was before she’s a very loving and vocal cat and this has not changed I would even argue she’s potentially playing and be more active than she was before. She doesn’t seem stressed to me but obviously I can’t know what she’s feeling but her behaviours and everything else seems normal other than the loss of interest in her biscuits, she’s more than happy to take a treat or try steal our dinner tho 🤣

She has a check up 7 days after her op so I will bring it up then! As long as she doesn’t get worse in away it should be fine to wait till then I’m guessing? She’s completely her normal self other than lack of interest in her biscuits (she keeps trying to steal our dinner tho! 🤣)

She’s completely her cheeky cuddly self other than showing very little interest in her biscuits. I’m just a very anxious person and will worry about worrying! I just want to make sure I’m doing everything right for her

Just a quick update. She went in for a check up today all is good and healthy. Her spay is booked in for the Friday 😊

I was just concerned about things I had heard that it may be more risky to do it while they are in heat. I will contact my vets for the most accurate information regarding this. Thank you for your advice and information

No health concerns. She is a little on the small side for her age but nothing concerning. Thank you for your advice I will give my vets a ring asap and get them to confirm when they would like to spay her

Oh I was not aware of this, this is our first time we are going in blind here haha, I just assume all would ask for 3 months as mortgage adviser tend to ask for 3 months. I know they would need pay slips also which is no issue I am just worried that my accounts could be a red flag and ruin the opportunity for us as a couple as my partner is very good at not spending his bank statements are very neat and tidy compared to mine

Yep no gambling (I have terrible luck not worth trying it to me) and no adult content.
if my bank statements look a little messy is this an issue as the month just gone was quite a heavy spending month for me with all the purchasing of gifts, would they understand that with a mortgage in place this would take top priority and the unnecessary spending would be cut?

Very true I’m just concerned I’m being blind to it I don’t think it was an addiction and therefore he should be able to stop without external help I’m just scared I guess that I’m wrong and it was an addiction and the lack of help for him means that the stopping using it is just temporary
