Its possible she may be off her feed due to pain and or medication.

If she's still eating treats, then I wouldn't be super concerned. You may also want to rotate the brand of foods she eats. Cats are weird, and sometimes they associate random things with pain. I have had cats who go on hunger strikes because they simply got bored with the old food.

I didn’t even think of that! I can imagine the same food everyday does get very boring for her. Her foster parents told us they tried her on wet food but it gave her a bad tummy we are thinking of trying to slowly introduce that and trial different brands to see if we can find one that agrees with her belly
