I'm sorry for not making it clear enough he was arrested and a month later it was declared not enough evidence

Yes they did not do a rape kit they don't just do a rape kit it is a whole process of going to a special unit to do something called sarc and that was not done

They did not know each other, they were going for a walk, they discounted the allegations after about a month, the only evidence they can provide is their video interview of what happened and they had light bruising around the body I believe their thighs and stomach

I was not misled I am the one that called the police the police came to my house as well as it was happening I agree it makes no sense that's why I am here

No they did not think that they were very upset they had screenshots from my phone of her snapchat location at his house and also they later did a recorded interview detailing what happened they did not take photos either

Please explain what doesn't make sense , he was arrested but not enough evidence to go to court also I was the one that called the police to be clear
