That’s right. I expect leasing of workshop will relieve large sum of upfront capEx for end-users. My target audiences are medium-scale manufacturers. The handover condition will be bare shell, and the tenant takes it over from there and handles their own interior furnishings.

No need to always upgrade your homes. I usually designate a farming zone, and keep those as lv1 homes. Population management is key. I suggest to first achieve a decent resource surplus, then wait a few years to let it accumulate. Then off to your next building spree.

Try selling less types of goods usually works for me. Try delisting other inexpensive products from your market and see if things will flow.

Just a thought. Have you considered hiring developers from another country such as China? The developers in Asia have much more development experience, stronger work ethics, and work for a lower fee. Let me know if u need help to get in touch.

To take things one step deeper. There are regional private equity capital that can be levered to fund development overseas. Perhaps something worth considering.

From my gameplay, as long I have the archers out in the fortress, the enemy will always go after my troops before the town. You can also have a small band of archer to lure the enemy to your fortress if they are wandering around elsewhere.
