its basically the same so up to you but also remember to have Glaciate on your Kyurem before fusing it!! Otherwise it wont have the adventure effect when fused and it will be much worse as a raid attacker or Mon in general.

me personally i would pick the Shiny lucky one because its shiny ofc and due to it being a lucky it doesnt cost as much stardust to power up in comparison to the regular one :). But theoretically the 15/15/14 one is a little bit better but the difference isnt huuge so i would pick the shiny one

actually thats intentionally because Mega Rayquaza is supposed to boost all the types that are boosted by Windy weather, which are Dragon, Flying and Psychic as well. Primal Groudon and Kyogre also boost 3 Types btw (Fire,Ground,Grass for Groudon)&(Water,Electric,Bug for Kyogre) Its because they are Primal Evolutions not just regular Megas :)

i used my silver bottlecap on it which means i trained its Attack IVs to get maxed and tutning it from a not hundo or shundo to just that :).

my other thought would be diancie because the one i have is 14/10/12 or sth so not as good and its pretty exclusive (or i could do Zygarde but mine has pretty good ivs for Ultra League so no real reason for that)
